Return and Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at [rebolionss@gmail.com] to start the return process. We'll provide instructions on how to coordinate the return with our trusted suppliers. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges: For a faster exchange, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item after the return is accepted.

Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide free return labels at this time and returned items will remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our facility. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage from your chosen courier to ensure your return is tracked and can be located if necessary.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If shipping to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. You can cancel or return your order within this period, provided the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note:
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
- Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date that our returns team process your return and you are notified of this via email. Please note it can up to 14 days for your refund to be processed, however, oftentimes it’s much sooner.
Can I combine multiple returns into one return?
Returns are registered separately cannot be returned in one package. Combining the returns into the same package will slow down the refund process, so please package separately.
Please ensure to retain proof of postage.
If your order has been lost in transit without sufficient proof of postage, we won’t be able to process your return request. However, if you’re able to provide a valid postage receipt or tracking number for your return, we’ll honour your return with store credit.
Refunds: Once our trusted suppliers receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us at [rebolionss@gmail.com] if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
